Terms of Service
The agreement between you and GaGo when you use this site or join the waitlist. No products are for sale yet, so these terms cover the site and the waitlist only.
1. These terms
This site is operated by GaGo ApS, Copenhagen, Denmark. By browsing it or joining the waitlist you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.
2. Who can use the site
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you join the waitlist, you confirm you are 18+ and that the email address you give is yours to use.
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means we’ll email you about GaGo’s development, launch date and any early-access offer. It doesn’t reserve stock, guarantee a place, or lock in a price, and any launch pricing we mention may change or be withdrawn before launch. Where an offer has conditions, we’ll set them out at the time.
You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We may remove entries that look automated, abusive or fraudulent.
4. Nothing here is an offer to sell
GaGo products are in development and are not currently available for purchase. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, and no sales contract exists between us. When products go on sale, separate terms of sale — covering ordering, payment, delivery, returns and your statutory right of withdrawal — will apply.
5. Information about the product
We describe formulas, ingredients and research as accurately as we can while the product is still being developed, and we cite our sources. Details — including ingredient lists, stage ranges, packaging and timing — may change before launch. Descriptions on this site are not a warranty about the final product.
6. Not medical advice
Everything we publish about infant skin is general information, not medical advice, and it isn’t a substitute for your doctor, midwife or health visitor. If your child has a skin condition, an allergy, or a reaction to any product, speak to a healthcare professional.
7. Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and reasonably: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, no scraping or bulk collection of data, no misuse of our forms, and no uploading of harmful code. We may suspend access if you do.
8. Our intellectual property
The GaGo name, logo, text, photography, design and formulations are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read, share and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Anything else — copying, republishing, or using our material commercially — needs our written permission.
9. Anything you send us
If you send us feedback, questions or ideas, we may use them to improve GaGo without owing you payment or confidentiality. Please don’t send us anything you consider confidential, and don’t send health information about your child.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but we don’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the waitlist, at any time.
11. Liability
We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be excluded under Danish law. Beyond that, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or for reliance on information published here while the product is in development. Nothing in these terms affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as GaGo develops — most obviously when we start selling. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
13. Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall to the Danish courts — unless mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence give you a different forum. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
